Most of our products are made in Adelaide affording us fast lead times. Our lead time starts from the date of the final check measure. Indoor blinds turn around the quickest at 2-3 weeks, whereas plantation shutters and curtains take approximately 8-10 weeks.
We give the best possible prices all year round topped with great service. No gimmicks.
Our ‘stackless’ curtain stacks back super slim when in its open position which is perfect for maximising your view. Fabulous for apartments and areas that lack wall space
Our curtains are always pressed before leaving the workroom but may get some creases due to handling and transport. It usually takes 6 weeks for a curtain to really settle and the creases should drop out during this time. Heat from your window will also help iron out any creases.
Our curtains come with care labels on the rear of the header although we do recommend curtains be professionally dry-cleaned. Curtains have a high risk of shrinkage with any form of cleaning or dry-cleaning and this is not covered by our warranty.
Roller blinds have moving parts which can sometimes send the fabric off balance. If the fabric starts rolling too much towards one side and starts touching the brackets it could fray and damage the edge of the fabric. Please contact us to assist in straightening the blind as this type of damage is not covered by our warranty.
Most fabrics can be cleaned with a damp ‘Magic Eraser’ or general purpose baby wipes. Always apply gentle pressure and avoid vigorous scrubbing which can damage the coating on the fabric.
Roller blinds mounted inside the window opening will always have gaps between the side edge of the fabric and the side of the window, to allow for brackets and components. An alternative is to mount the blind on the wall or architrave. The further the blind goes past the window opening, the more covering there will be and less light leakage.
No. External blinds are not designed to endure heavy winds. We strongly recommend all outdoor blinds to be raised and secured during times when heavy winds and storms are present. It is good practise to leave them raised when not in use to avoid unpredictable weather and risking any damage. None of our outdoor products are not warranted against storm damage.
We recommend regular maintenance inside the tracks of our Zipscreen and Ziptrak blinds. Your blinds should glide freely by keeping them free of dust, cobwebs and build up of grime. Once cleaned, spray the inside of the tracks and any moving parts with silicone spray (available from supermarkets and hardware stores). AVOID using any oil based products which will attract more grime and be grippy.
Plantation shutters are not a full blockout product and light will escape between the blades. This is completely normal and is to be expected. The blades are designed to be shut in the ‘up’ position.
Our timber plantation shutters are made using a natural product and with the nature of natural product, there can be imperfections in the timber. Please note only marks that can be noticed over 1.5 metres away will be assessed.
Often the remote control has a flat battery in these situations. If this is the case, a replacement battery is usually required which can simply be purchased from a hardware store or battery retailer. It’s a good idea to take the old battery with you to reference the correct type and size. Please contact us for advice if the replacement battery has not corrected the issue.
